Recently they sent a payment request for insurance and I disputed this as being too expensive, I got qoutes for cheaper like for like insurance and they told me that they are not obliged to get or use cheaper qoutes. They are also hard to speak to and do not always reply to e-mails or return calls and because of this I am now faced with an extra charge for late payment. Yet again customer service was completely neglected as was the Ockendon branch service. I was at Barking station between 19:00 and 19:40 and the c2c staff were either in hiding or claiming not to know what was going on. It was not until 19:30 that any mention at all was made of a Chafford hundred train. Absolutely pathetic c2c - when are you going to get your act together?
